Shikha is the Founder and Managing Partner of ASM Law Offices, a boutique Intellectual Property firm established in 2008. Shikha is an accomplished lawyer, who has dedicated her professional journey of almost two decades towards furtherance of IP rights of her clients and patrons. She has been at the forefront of handling Intellectual Property Matters, both on contentious as well as non-contentious issues.

​Shikha is a member of the International Trade Marks Associate (INTA) and was also a member of the Legal Sub-Committee of the Commonwealth Games held in India in 2010. Additionally, She was a member of the Management Committee of a renowned group of educational institutions in India.
